Welcome to my Self defence training blog. In this blog you will find information about how to defend your self against an attacker. I provide simple and direct instructional information, so there will be no complex terminology of phases.
My blog currently has three sections which are articles, free videos and books. The articles section contains a list of self defence and physical training methods. The free videos section has video clip from the Internet which showcases various self defence techniques, I have organised the videos clip into different categories. Finally the book section is a list of recommended book on self defence training.
The motivation for creating this blog was to provide people with comprehensive information on self defence training. Every year a lot of people get attacked either randomly or on purpose. This blog will give people the information, knowledge and confidence to defence themselves effectively.
