5 basic self defence tips
Self defence is very important for personal safety. Below I will share a list of basic self defence tips that can apply to everyone.
Tip 2 – Be aware of your surroundings. Notice the environment, buildings and people all round you. Be extra vigilante if you see someone being suspicious, you can simply walk or runway. If you think someone is being suspicious from behind you can use the reflections of cars, shop windows, and you can walk in an unusual pattern.
Tip 3 – Don’t wait to get attack, preamp your attack. If you are certain the bad guy is going to attack you, make sure you don’t stand still and get attack. You can attack the bad guy before you attack you. Aim for the weak areas: eyes, groin, kneecap and skins.
Tip 4 – Stay off the ground. If you get pushed or knock to the ground, get back up as quick as you can. If you stay on the ground the attacker will kick you while you are down.
Tip 5 – Be prepared. Learn as much self defence knowledge as you can, this can benefit you. Also stay in physical condition by doing exercise, going to the gym and other activities.
