Defend against choke

This technique in the video can be used when the ‘bad guy’ has choked you against the wall. You should first aggressively peel back the thumbs of the attacker, while kneeing the attacker in the groin. Then you should throw the attacker against the wall.

The tip when applying this technique is to caused as much pain when peeling back the thumbs of the attacker. You should aim to break both thumbs of the attacker. This technique is effective for any size of attacker, so if a woman was choked against a wall, they should have no problem with this technique.
