Guillotine Choke Escape

Learn how to escape from a guillotine choke using a Brazilian jiu-jitsu. A guillotine choke is very common is technique used in street fights. Firstly, you must defend against the choke by grapping the attacker’s elbows. You should then move your head towards the attacker’s body which gives you room to breath. The next step is to place one arm under the crotch and one arm over the shoulder, and pick the attacker up. The finally step is to drop the attacker to the ground. Of course, if the attacker is much larger then you may have difficulty with this technique.
