Defend against push

This video will teach you how to defend against a push from behind demonstrated by Sang H Kim. After, you have been pushed you should perform a kick to the knee then a back fist to the head. If you attacker is stunned then I recommend you runaway instead of performing the next two techniques. I believe elbowing the attacker in the head to finish them off, is too extreme for self defence situation.
